I started my career in excavating back in 1985. My first job was as a laborer for a small town excavating company primarily doing residential work such as septic systems, foundations, footers, grading and small roads. Over time I became an operator and moved on to the commercial side of excavating.
Working for large companies in Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia I gained experience in pipe work, large dirt-moving projects, highway construction and many various building projects. During Hurricane Hugo I received the opportunity to work with FEMA in doing demolition and clean-up in Charleston, SC. After building and running a small excavating company in WV for a large home builder, I was offered a superintendent position building houses.
Five years later, I started my own company and have been self-employed for the last 8 years. In 2006, my family and I decided to leave the North East and move here to the Ozarks. My goal is to use my many years of experience, coupled with my honesty, reliability and quality work to benefit folks like you in your construction needs.
